Educational neuroimaging

MRIGuessr

From slice to structure.

Inspect a brain MRI slice, gather just enough evidence, and pinpoint the target on an interactive 3D brain.

How it works

Three steps per round — read, localize, and learn from the reveal.

  1. Read the scan

Start with one MRI slice. Reveal neighbouring slices for more context when you need it.

  2. Localize on the 3D brain

Click the brain to choose a path, then set the depth to place your guess inside it.

  3. See how close you were

Submit to reveal the target, your distance, the anatomy, and your score.

Cases are synthetic demonstrations on a healthy MNI152 template — an educational tool, not for clinical use.
